After more than two decades working on some of the Midwest’s largest commercial and industrial projects, our team set out to build a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Led by Alonso Chaidez, a veteran steel project manager and supervisor with over 20 years of field and leadership experience, Sierra Steel Construction is built on real jobsite knowledge—not theory. Alonso has overseen multimillion-dollar projects, led crews across complex builds, and managed every phase of steel erection, from foundations and framing to final roof and wall systems.
